Layaway policy:
Merchandise may be placed in layaway with for up to 60 days for 20% of the total merchandise price.no refund or exchange will be not issued on special orders layaway. If consumer desire to cancel' layaway consumers may be entitled 70% refund or store credit. If MD DISCOUNT FURNIUTRE & MATTRESS don't have merchandise in stock, consumer will be wait for 3 to 14 business day.

Refurbished mattress and sofas policy:
Refurbished mattress and sofas are sold as-is there is no warranty on refurbished mattress or sofas. it is the responsibility of the consumer to ask store manager or the sales rep if the mattress or sofas They are purchasing refurbished or not. MD DISCOUNT FURNITURE & MATTRESS shall not be responsible if the refurbished product is found harmful to the consumer. this includes, but not limited to bed bugs or any insect damage.

Damaged upon delivery policy:
If consumer' merchandise is damage upon delivery, consumer a to make a note of it on the delivery order A third party delivery services will make re delivery merchandise to your location exchange damage product within 7 business days, if the merchandise available in stock. damage product must be reported within 2 business days.

Financing plans:
Financing plans provided to the consumers by md discount furniture & mattress binding contracts. The con- sumer is to communicate with their plan carriers If anything happens to finance merchandise md discount furniture & mattress hold no responsibility for broken merchandise.md discount furniture & mattress may also deny any exchange or refund if the product is brought to the store for exchange. consumer must con- tact their plan carrier.

Refund and Return Policy:

GREATS: will accept, for return or Refund, items that are in New condition, unworn, unaltered and free of any damages by the customer. Item must be brought back within 5 days with its original receipt. For a 30% return or refund fee. Mattress Policy:
There is no refund or return on mattress when its open from its original Package.
